Four Kings Fitness and Sauna, Noen Plub Wan, Pattaya, Thailand.

This is a very nice place to relax and spend some time and there is no rushing to leave! Just come along and spend time chilling, have a sauna, a swim, some grub and a coffee or even a beer.

Essentially it is what it says on the tin, a Sauna. For those who are not conversant with this it is a very hot and humid room which you go into to get very hot, then you come out and get in the very cold pool to, well, get cold!

There is also a Steam Room for a similar but slightly different approach but effectively doing the same thing, which is to get very hot before you go out and then get very cold!

There are separate Male and Female Changing Rooms, Cold Pools and Hot Tubs for relaxing in. There is a large Swimming Pool with a shallow children’s area.

There is a good selection of food and drinks available from the menu which can be ordered and delivered to your table and a separate Coffee Shop.

They have a reasonable Gym with an assortment of training machines. Towels are provided free as are shorts for men if wanted, girls always provide for themselves. Cold drinking water is supplied to your table.

You can pay for one off visits or for a ten visit card to get a discount. The Card is punched every time it is used and can be used for one person or couples.
